Magix Movie Edit Pro Premium 2015 cannot find or recognize many of my saved MVP Project files. All previous saved project files still show in MEP 2015 folder. How do I get MEP 2015 to open them?

Magix software can be fickle at times. All I can suggest is that you are very careful with files and directories associated with the working files of the software. One tiny change will produce a file not found response. You can sometimes manually take it the missing file, but it's messy.
I suggest that any outputted files are not directly changed, but left where they are. If you want to do with something afterwards create a new folder and copy the files you want into that folder. Then change those files.
If you look at the original files that you worked on, you will see around four files near it. Deleting any of these files will produce that response. If you alter any of the original files you worked, you will get the same response. Because the Magix files around it will no longer match with the file you altered.

I have TurboCAD Designer 2D for Mac V.5 December. Last night I opened my old project, made some changes and saved it. Now when I try to open that revised file I saved last night, I get error message:...

Hello!

If autosaved is enabled in your CAD, then most likely you can recover a n sv$ file of it saved in a temp folders. You can rename this file and change the extension from .sv$ to .dwg.

This link may help you find the folder where autosaved CAD file is stored

This link might help you also.

Good Luck!

I cannot save a calendar as a pdf file. I get the

When your want to save your file as .pdf extension, you have to select a "virtual printer" from your "Printers & Faxes" when you install the software you are using to save as pdf file.

If you select your physical printer install on your PC, the error message you mention will appear.

Hope it helps.

LOOK IN TOOLS AND SETTINGS OR HELP AND FIND THE UPDATE BUTTON AND UPDATE THE SOFTWARE. PLUS YOU ARE RIGHT THAT IT MAY BE PROBLEM USING EXTERNAL DRIVE.(IS IT USB 1.0?)..COPY YOUR FILE TO A TEMPORARY FOLDER ON YOUR DESKTOP AND BROWSE TO THAT FOLDER WITH POWER DIRECTOR.

Cannot open file - "Unexpected File Format"

Does the program allow for "auto back Up?" if so I would look in the folder of the original file and look for one closely named but probably with a different extension, if it exists rename it a different name than the original and with the proper extension. then try it. If not you have probably lost your work due to improper closing of the file when your computer crashed. You could try the manufactures web site and look for a corrupt file recovery tool of some sort. Sorry I could not help more.

Pwer director express for jvc camera

heyo...if you updated, it shouldn't have touched your data (any project you saved). If you are looking for the old program...I do not normally suggest it, but a system restore back to a date before you put on the update. You may lose OTHER data/programs if you added a lot on it.

It sounds like you need to save your data and 'attain' the old copy again....of course, this is thinking you did, indeed, reboot after you updated
