Question about Beko 24 in. D3421F Free-standing Dishwasher

FAULTY Slim Line dishwasher

I have a DE231FS dishwasher, it has a fault that trips out the 30ma RCCB. I have recently been rewired and it is possible that the fault was existing. I have not been able to use the dishwasher since, I suspect that it may be a pump motor but cannot see how to remove it to double check, there are no screws securing it to the sump. Have you any ideas?

An RCD fault. means that current is "Leaking" from the Phase to Earth. This is a very serious fault. It is doubtful, that it would be a motor. You need to check, the Wiring, without the unit connected. There should be a complete "Open" circuit, between Phase & Neutral/Earth. Also you need to meter into the unit, checking, between Phase, and Neutral & Earth, at the plug, and "Looking In" Again, there should be NO Connection, fro, Phase to earth, if there is, then the "Fault" is indeed within the unit. Otherwise your fault, is in the wiring. To assist in troubleshooting. you should see if the unit, works on another known good, power point.

Dishwasher trips mains

Good Morning Friend,

I understand that your Electrolux dishwasher, model# ESL4114, keeps tripping your main breaker. This appears to be a UK Electrolux dishwasher. I suggest contacting the manufacturer directly for further assistance. Hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-

The machine trips the circuit board after 20 minutes, this happens each time ou switch on.

Hello Robert Mansfield - Is the dishwasher hook to the same line as the garbage disposal? If so, it could be pulling too much power or not the right voltage outlet. Other possibly could be a communication problem with the control panel. I would strongly suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately.

No hot water or drying cycle

Possible that the main controller unit is not switching on the heater for the hot wash and also the program for spin in the final cycle is absent. it all points to a faulty program controller but ONLY with a voltage check at the inputs and outputs during the cycle will confirm the fault.

Hello I have a hotpoint aquarious dishwasher and its making a burning smell and tripping the fuse box do you know what this could be?

Almost certainly the main wash motor or the capacitor is faulty. If not look for the line filter module. If that is blown it will also do that.Rewire without it.(your mail power cord is connected to it as it enters the machine on the inside..

Macine trips breaker between steps 2 and 3

It sounds like either the heating element is faulty (needing replacement) or the main motor is worn-out and needs replacement.
The only way to tell is to see which part is working correctly.

Indesit D41 dishwasher, switch it on to program,

if applaince does not start draining then there is a possible fault with the door locking assembly, and the appliance thinks the door is open and this will not allow the appliance to start

Dishwasher keeps cutting out

Has the door got heavier recently?
Mine had a spring break which fell onto the electrics and shorted them. Unplug and empty it, then tip it up to see if you can see a loose spring. If it is then replace or re-fit the old spring, I have posted instructions and pictures here:
