Question about Fisher and Paykel 23 in. DD-603SS Built-in Dishwasher
Problem started a couple of weeks ago in both drawers. Even had water on the floor and I had to mop up water from the underneath drip tray where I understand a sensor is that stops everything. Anyway I have made sure everything is very clean I hand drained the drawers and reset the machine with no dishes and everything ran fine. Then the next time I put dishes in it went wrong again again with clean water left in the bottom. I went through the same procedure hand drained the water. This time the top one had water left at the end of the cycle and bottom was fine. Anyway I thought OK I will just use the bottom drawer for now, all was fine until tonight when the bottom drawer once again after the cycle finished the bottom was full of clean hot water.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

SOURCE: water not draining from drawer
Could be the little non return valve mounted underneath the top drawer. Lie down on the floor under the top drawer, remove the main plastic pannel covering the bottom to expose the black drainage hose (you may need to cut away a cable tie). Remove the drainage hose from bottom of the drawer - at the start of the drainage hose there will be a small rubber type flap - if it looks broken or worn out, it will need replacing - call F & P for a replacement, approx $5 + postage for a pair (one for the top drawer and one for the bottom)
Hope this helps

To determine if your pump work, before attempting access from the bottom of the top drawer: You can manually pump the water out by doing the following:
1- Press the Power button to turn off the display.
2- Press the Lock button and then the start button the same tim. Hold them until the display showing up.
3- If the display is not clear with all the characters, press power button to see clear the display.
4- The first display is bL, then Er,Ld..dd, FU, P1, P2...by pressing the Start button to go by the sequence until P2 (drain). If you miss, be patient to continue press and release the start button to get back to P2.
5 When is is at P2, press Lock button to tun on the drain. When you hear the water flowing to the drain, you could pull the top drain to see how the water is draining.
6- When the water is out, press the lock button again to stop it.
7-When it is done, press the Power button to get out of manual mode.
If this is working, then your water is there because you are running the bottom and your air gap allow back flow to the top drawer.
Please let me know if this is not the case.

Hi Please rate the solution if the issue is resolved or
else revert for further assistance. Thanks Rylee
Thanks for using FixYa. F1 error means that the flood switch has been activated. You'll need to reset it by powering off the breaker or by unplugging the unit from the power socket and mains for more than five minutes. Please check that there is no blockage in the drain hose and it is not raised higher otherwise the water will run back to the dishwasher. Also perform the following procedure---
