I hate to sound nasty but these days it would be cheaper to buy a used but working CRT monitor than try to get one repaired. I've seen 22inch CRT's going for $10. Nobody wants them now there's LCD and LED monitors.
If you are really set on getting yours repaired, try Ebay. You may have to wait a few weeks for your specific model to come up but it could even be available right now. It may even be better to ask the seller to pull the power supply for you and just send it to save on freight.
Strange it's the exact model name for a scanjet too.
