Water pressure low during the wash cycle

During the restaurant working hours the machine took 15 mind to drain and after that, when it would wash a load the water pressure was almost half the regular pressure. I dont know what to do pls help!!!

It sounds like there may be an obstruction in the drain. once the washer is drained, in the bottom right corner there is a basket that you can pull up and clean out. As for the water pressure being low...The machine uses a pump that supplies the wash cycle, but on rinse it uses fresh water.You may have a pump that is clogged or losing pressure good luck hope this helps

    The pressure can be adjusted at the regulator clockwise turns up the pressure.the line strainer could be plugged.

Wow, good job looking at all the possibilities. I have to ask, since you already bought the pump did you try it? Put the new pump in? Some machines like washing machines use a transmission, it is possible that the pump is sufficient for one function and not another. For what it is worth the first thing I would do is try the new pump. I know it was probably expensive and if it is not the problem you might want to return it but as you have discovered there are not many parts on the machine to fail. Most likely it is the pump or the valves and cillinoyds the pump moves water through like you have already surmised. If you do not wish to install the new on you might be able to uninstall the old one and see what it looks like running dry for just one second. my guess if it is not strong enough to pump the water 12" and a 12" water coulomb is only .5 Lbs (1/2 of a lb.) then there definitely is not enough head pressure on the pump and like you said it would have to be a leak or an open valve (the pump should produce at least 15 to 30 psi, city water pressure in many cites is 35 to 80 psig) so I would go for it, replace the pump. DIAGNOSIS & TROUBLESHOOTING
SUDS DETECTION
During Drain Routine
During the Drain Routine, the water level is checked continuously. Normal drain will occur until the
pressure switch senses no water in the wash tub and there is no foam (suds). The drain pump will
operate an additional 15 seconds after the pressure switch reports no water or foam.
If the drain routine operates for four (4) minutes and the pressure switch senses any foam (suds) in
the wash tub, the Central Control Unit will start the "Kill-Foam" Routine. (See description of this
Routine below.) After the Kill-foam Routine is concluded, the Drain Routine will restart. If, after
four (4) minutes the pressure switch still senses foam in the wash tub, the Central Control Unit will
go into Failure Mode. The digital display will show, F02.
During Spin (Extract) Routine
During the Spin/Extract Routine the water level is checked continuously. If, during this routine, the
pressure switch senses the presence of foam (suds) in the wash tub, the Central Control Unit will
stop the drive motor and the basket will stop spinning. The electronic control will count the number
of spin repetitions that are attempted due to foam (suds). There are a maximum of three (3)
attempts for each Spin/Extract Routine.
Kill-Foam Routine
1.
The Remaining Time counter is stopped.
2.
The digital display shows Sud.
3.
The Drain Pump is turned OFF.
4.
The Central Control Unit will fill the wash tub with 1 gal. (4 L) of cold water.
5.
While the tub is filling the basket will tumble 1 sec. ON/15 Sec. OFF.
6.
Once the tub is filled, the drive motor will turn OFF and the basket will rest without any
movement for five (5) minutes.
7.
After the five (5) minute rest, the remaining time counter will restart and the digital display
will show the remaining time left in the routine.
NOTE:
If the Kill-Foam routine was initiated during a Spin/Extract Routine, the tumbling action
will be reduced to a cycle of 3 sec. ON/13 sec. OFF. If, at the end of either the Drain or Spin/
Extract Routines, a suds condition still remains, the digital display will show Sud.
Sud will also be displayed for a short period at the end of a cycle, if a Suds condition was
detected during the cycle. This will alert the consumer to reduce the amount of detergent in

Not getting enough water during rinse cycle


In the rinse cycle it will use cold only to rinse with.
You need to see how fast the water is going into the machine on rinse
Things that can effect slow fill, low water pressure, Faulty cold valve
water hose & valve filters clogged, Kinked hose

My washing machine will not hold water during filling at the beginning of the cycle. It will constantly run for about 30 min to an hour. Then it will not switch to the rinse cycle. Please help???


The water is siphoning out the drain line because it is too low or is closed off at the top causing no air to enter the drain.
The drain line should be a minimum of 36 inches from the floor.

Washing machine stopped and says "sud". What does that mean?


SUDS DETECTION

During Drain Routine

During the Drain Routine, the water level is checked continuously. Normal drain will occur until the

The fabric softner isn't draining during cycle but the bleach and detergent do just fine. I took out drawer and cleaned the dispenser but still won't empty. Help!


When cleaning the softener chamber, make sure you remove and clean the syphon tube thoroughly. This is the only chamber designed to handle liquid. Otherwise, check that you have sufficient water pressure and that the cold valve opens fully. If you dont hear a decent gush of water during the rinse cycle, it's either pressure or the valve.

Aeg 72630 update will not rinse during rinse cycle


If the drain lines were plugged, there may have been enough pressure on the pump to fault out. Make sure the sewer line is completely open, as well as the lines at the pump.

Dryer heats but no condensing of steam


The cold water feeds for condenser cooling and for wash cycle drum fill are controlled by separate solenoid valves (manifolded together at the cold water inlet hose union). When the solenoid on my condenser coolant valve failed a couple of years back, I got symptoms like yours. A new pair of valves isn't expensive to buy and is a trivial job to fit. If this is what has been happening, suggest you also inspect the insides of your dryer fan and of the pump - neither of mine took really kindly to having been cooked for hours on end. Alastair.
