We just bought a new TV...what do I need to do to make my Logitech Harmony Remote work with it?

Your Logitech Harmony 550 is able to learn commands that are not included in its command database.

To teach your Harmony 550 a new button follow these steps:

1. Connect your Harmony remote to your computer to start the Harmony remote control software.
2. Click Devices.
3. Click a device.
4. Select Learn Infrared Commands.
5. Click Next.

There is a setting that may need to be changed within the Xbox 360, to allow it to be controlled by a Harmony Advanced Universal Remote.

To configure your Xbox 360 to respond to a Harmony Remote

1. Using your original Xbox 360 controller, go into the Xbox Dashboard on the Xbox menu
2. Select "Console Settings"
3. Select "Remote Control"
4. If "All channels" is selected, select "Xbox 360 Media Remote”. If "Xbox 360 Media Remote" is selected, then select "All channels"

Your Harmony remote should now control your Xbox 360
