Upon initially turning on power the tv lost sound and went black and would not turn on again.

The television is having a power problem, that is why it is no turning on, it most likely is as a result of a bad capacitor on the power panel of the television.

Have the power panel replaced the assess the main panel for any problems.

Take care and good luck.

Also check the sound ic, it might hsve been burnt due to some bad power problem.

Hp proliant ml150 g5 suddenly turned off by itself and refuses to start again the power it's powered very good and the power supply is working and the mother board looks powered but when I press power...

I had the same problem. The problem is the power button, it's not in short circuit, but I measure the
resistance when it is open, and it seemed to be a problem of it cable's isolation. We replaced the power
button's cables and now it's working.

You can replace the switch and the cables to assure the problem is fixed.

Good luck!, Esteban.

Does not turn on

have you checked the power pack connection if it is well connected to the mother board?

Also, does the fan on the power pack work when you turn on the mother board.

Since its not turning on, then the problem is a power related is problem. Therefore, you need to check those areas that supply power into the motherboard, such as the; power cable/cord, power pack, etc.

I wish you good luck.

Xbox 360 won't turn on

To troubleshoot this problem, try the following steps:

Examine the power indicator light that is located in the center of the Ring Of Light on your Xbox 360 console. If there is no power to your console, the indicator light is off and the fans are off.
* Press the power button. The power button and the power indicator light are located in the center of the Ring of Light on the front of your Xbox 360 console. If your Xbox is functioning correctly, the power will turn on.
* Press the eject button on your console disc drive. If your console turns on when you do this but does not start when you use the power button, there may be a problem with the power button or the console faceplate may not be attached correctly. Contact Xbox Customer Support for more help.

If the above step does not resolve the problem, examine the power cord where it connects to your console and to the power outlet. Disconnect and then reconnect the power cord at each end to make sure that you firmly connect the cord.

If this does not resolve the problem, see whether the power cord is plugged in to any device other than a typical power outlet. For example, the power cord may be attached to an extension cord. If this is the case, remove this device and then plug the power supply directly into a power outlet.

If the problem is not a connection problem, examine the light on the Xbox 360 Power Supply.
* A green light indicates that the power supply is functioning correctly. If the light is not green, contact Xbox Customer Support for more help.If these steps do not resolve the problem, your console needs service.

Ok so I just fixed my problem. Although I was getting the error because of using an iPhone instead of a CD I believe it is the same solution.

As jjgomex suggested it was pulling to much power, to what I did was turn on the headunit switch the source to something other than what causes the problem.

Then go to the Audio settings in the menu and turn bass all the way down and Sub Control to -1.

Then turn off headunit and turn it on again and switch to the source of problem, it should be fixed, or at least it did for me.

:) Good Luck!
