Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
If there is no power at all, no lights or sign of life watsoever, then check the power adapter.
The power adapter is the box connected to the power main socket. Ensure that AC power cord is well plugged inside the adapter box, and that the DC connector is well plugged into the printer.
If there is no apparent problem, and the printer has no power, then the contacts on the power adapter DC connector must be tested using a volt meter. With the multimeter set on DC Volts, at the contact the voltage must differ of no more than 0.5 Volts from specifications.
