Although you did not mention the model number, I assume that you have an XLR series 'classic' chaver. If this is correct, you will first need to remove the foil heads and cutter and spring. Then you will need to remove the metal 'C' clip on each side near the top. You can pry off with a small flat screwdriver. Then pull the case apart a bit at the top. This will open a space at the bottom so you can remove the metal clip at the bottom. Once the bottom clip is removed you can take the back cover off. You will then be able to see the batteries.
Depending on which version of this model you have, there can be different sizes of batteries inside. You will find appropriate batteries at shaveroutlet.com. See links below. You will need to compare the size of your batteries to the ones linked below to pick the correct type
Batteries are soldered in for most models.
Reassemble in reverse order.
