I bought a new Ricoh Aficio 400N an got it connected with the computer and installed it fine but it has an error light lit up and screen says sc542....plz let me know how to fix it..thanks

WizCall the dealer who sold it to you and have them call Ricoh. I'm not trying to be a wise guy, but next time spend the extra money for a Sharp.
