Does it support hyper threading tecnalogy

Hi:
The answer is : it depends! There are several versions of your motherboard, and here is the cpu support for the latest version:
http://www.ecsusa.com/ECSWebSite/Support/CPU_Support_Model.aspx?detailid=333&MenuID=69&LanID=9

You can find your motherboard version, and visit the support page and know for sure, though.

I want to know what is the RAM speed would match best

RAM modules must be carefully matched to the motherboard slots, and since you don't mention your motherboard model or computer make and model, it's pretty hard to answer your question.
You could go to someplace like crucial.com and use their scanner or memory advisor to help figure this out. They make pretty good memory as well!

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.

Followup on power connectors

Hi chweb1230, to answer you're question. Yes, I would suggest getting a power supply that would comply with the ATX main 24-pin power connector. The term backwards compatible references to boards that require less voltage, Ex; (A 20-pin main power board). If you intend to run serial ATA SATA drives & a PCI-E graphic card. The newer power supply will handle future upgrades. Suggest a 500 to 550W PSU should handle just about anything you add to the board.
chweb1230, when you make a post & are making reference from another post. Please copy & past that link into this post. If you are using a new user ID I can not look back & find what you are refering too.
