I have an electric dryer model dblr333ee1ww that runs for about 5 minutes or so and stops.

The dryer will cut off if the motor gets to hot. Open the dryer and check for any lint buildup around the motor and especially inside the motor winding. If the motor is clear, you will need to replace it. Here is a link to the new motor.
Here is a video to show you how to access the motor and replace it if necessary.

My first guess would be a solenoid not staying engaged.
But it could be a pump or valve body issue.
Is the check engine light on ? If so you could have trouble codes to point you in the right direction to look.
You have checked to see if it is full of fluid, right ?

Coleman Rooftop AC fan stops after 7 or 8 minutes of running. Will turn on again after about 10 minutes on its own.

Remove green (fan run) wire from thermostat, and connect to red wire (power) and see if fan runs, and if it will stay running. That will by-pass thermostat to see if it is problem. If it continues to run, thermostat is problem. If that doesn't cure it, I'd remove cover up top and with power off at circuit breaker, blow compressed air in to motor air holes to make sure it's getting proper air for cooling, as well look for small plastic plug on housing where oil can be added ( few drops) to lubricate motor. Leave cover off and try fan to see if that may help. If at all possible, a clamp on amp meter will confirm if motor or relay is at fault if none of these suggestions help. If amp draw at motor too much, motor may be seizing when warmed up from running. test draw when first started and after running for amount of time that it usually quits, and if noticeable difference, motor is seizing and needs replace. You can also test amp draw at main 120v feed wiring with unit just in fan mode.

I have a Kenmore Series 70 Dryer and I changed the thermal fuse got hot for a few minutes the model #110.74722400

The cycling thermostat must also be replaced when replacing the thermal fuse. The cycling thermostat's failure to cycle off the heating element results in overheating of the dryer which consequently blows the thermal fuse open.

Replacing only the thermal fuse should the dryer stops running and fails to start will result in its premature blowing or even the thermal cut-out (cut-off) located on the heater duct. Like the cycling thermostat, the high-limit thermostat must also be replaced once the thermal cut-out blows open. Refer to the parts diagram in the link below and look for item numbers 31(thermal cut-off), 34(hi-limit thermostat), 39(thermal fuse), and 41(cycling thermostat.

Dryer works ok for 5-10 minutes then quits heating- motor continues to run- if you cut dryer off motor will not start again until it cools off- replaced motor same problem

On most dryers there is a thermostat wired into the heating element in case exhaust pipe getting plugged maybe it's faulty it should be just in side the door or under the steel in the door frame.

With what you said.get the water pump done.A little bit of rubber is cheaper than metal. If the motor has a few years on it,the pump does need to be replaced. If the motor overheated after a few minutes, the pump needs replacing now.Yours sounds like it's on it's way out.A bit of sand etc. can do a fair bit.Hope this helps

The fan on my bmw e46 runs for about 5 minutes then goes off then about 5 minutes comes back on.

the fan on a car is not ment to come on till the motor gets to a set temprature
so as the motor is getting cooler it turns off then when it gets to the point where itsd hitting the hotter temp it cuts in to cool the motor back down
hope this helps
if your motor is not over heating thats all it is
if the car is overheating then the thermostat may need replacing
its like a electric oven it keeps one tempriture
