How do I turn off Smart Glass?

What operating system are you using? On Windows 8.1, I right clicked on the window in the lower left corner of the screen, then clicked on Control Panel > Ease of Access Center. When you get there, you should be able to click on Stop Magnifier.

Cookies are normally turned on in your web browser by default. You don't say which web browser you are using. But normally, there is an Options menu section that you can click on. Try opening that menu, and see if you can find an option to turn your cookies back on. Or, google or use duckduckgo.com to look for your web browser name, and type turn on cookies in the search bar.

I cant acces my fb account it says that i need to enable cookies

Take my advice, quite using facebook. Find people the old fashioned way, but googling their name in quites ("John Doe"), or some other way. FB has become nothing more than a play ground for people meaning to do you harm either physically, mentally or financially. The site is full of viruses as well, around 50% of my clients (i'm an information speciallist) have gotten viruses and parasites(adware) from the FB site. Do yourself a favor, don't use it and don't let your loved ones use it. In addition, the odds are much higher for a spouse to cheat on his or her loved one if they are a member of this community. There is much more to life than FB, much more. There are other ways to contact old friends and family, facebook on the other hand, is a major accident waiting to happen. Take my advice, stay away from it! If you like playing games, there are plenty enough around that can be downloaded. If you want to contact friends or family, just search or save emails. Yahoo offers services to provide both, and they don't have near the risks as Facebook. I won't even go on it, let alone allow my kids to. Its just not worth it.

How can I enable cookies for gmail?

Cookies are files created by websites you've visited to store browsing information, such as your site preferences or profile information. It's important to be aware of your cookie settings because cookies can allow sites to track your navigation during your visit to those sites.
To adjust the permission level for cookies obtained from sites you visit, follow these steps (for Windows):
  1. Click the Tools chrome_toolsmenu.gif menu.
  2. Select Options.
  3. Click the Under the Hood tab and find the "Privacy" section.
  4. In the "Cookie settings" menu, select one of the following:
    • "Allow all cookies"
This is the default setting in Google Chrome. This option lets first-party and third-party websites set and receive cookies on webpages you visit. First-party cookies are set by the site you're visiting. Third-party cookies are set by sites that have items embedded in the site you're visiting, such as ads, videos, or images. When you next visit the site, first-party and third-party cookies are sent back to the respective sites.
    • "Restrict how third-party cookies can be used"
First-party cookies are set by the site you're visiting. Third-party cookies, from sites that have items -- such as ads, videos, or images -- embedded in the site you're visiting, are not set. When you next visit the site, first-party cookies are sent back to the site. Third-party cookies would only be sent if you've explicitly visited those third-party sites in the past.
    • "Block all cookies"
Prevent all cookies from being set by first-party and third-party sites. This will prevent most sites that require you to sign in from working.
  5. Click Close.

Instead of enabling cookies, try to add the site to the "List of Trusted Sites".

Go to Tools->options in internet explorer
Go to the Security tab
Click on "trusted sites"
click on the Sites... button
Add the website to the list
You may need to uncheck the "require https://" checkbox.
