The problem is most likely the water pump. Unplug machine and tilt back so you can see the pump on the bottom of the tub on the right front. Turn the air fan on the pump this will tell you if there is some thing jamming it. These pumps can also fail and overheat No tools required...Good luck.....Nomess

My washing no start and display view f34 Thanks

The F34 code normally only occurs when you are trying to run the CLEAN WASHER cycle. The washer should be completely empty of laundry when you are attempting to start this cycle. If the washer is empty and you are trying to run this clean washer cycle then you could have a friction problem with the spin basket that is causing the F34 code. Try turning the spin basket by hand with the washer empty and dry. The basket should turn relatively easily. If the basket will not spin easily you could have a problem with the bearing in the back of the outer tub or you could have an item stuck between the spin basket and the tub inside the washer.

The washer fills and empties but no spin or agitate

I assume by empties you mean it pumps the water out.
That being the case you will need a way to make sure the timer is sending power to the motor. If it is emptying by itself then you have a siphon problem and need to raise the drain hose exit above the top of the washer or install a siphon break.

Washer continuously filling/emptying

Your drain hose from the washer is in your household drain line too far, should not be any further in the drain line than 7 inches
