I believe you are referring to blacked channels. If I am wrong let me know.
Go into your settings and scroll to where the parental settings/V-Chip setting is. It depends on what exact model you Akaia TV is but it should be under the first TV settings screen.
This input your password(if prompt to do so) and it will come up with options to change it. Go and chang it to what you desire to have it at. Some differ from other depending on what year the TV was made as they have changed the ratings system a few times in the past 10 years or so.
