Question about Coby TF-DVD7107 Portable DVD Player
I hate to say it, but there are likely 2 issues that can cause the "Wrong Disk" error. The zone of the DVD's, as you mentioned, is a huge issue for distro. companies that sell the DVD's. They have been working with manufacturers for years to improve the protection of the zone restrictions. It is possible that the unit's firmware now includes some features to essentially block "zone-free" disks. You could try by testing - First: an original DVD from the proper zone, then, an original DVD from the improper zone, then, a copied DVD from both. Please list the outcomes of all the tested DVD's
Ill move on to the other possibility if this is not the answer.
