Question about Dryers
Thanks for using FixYa. To start with the first thing you should do is to remove the lint filter and clean the lint out of inside where the lint screen goes. After this unplug the unit for 5-10 minutes and then push & hold the start/pause button for 10-15 seconds and reconnect the unit. If still it won’t work then it’s the sensor that has gone bad and needs to be replaced. Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Hello Mary. I recommend that you clean the filter and then use a flashlight to look beyond the filter into the vent system. Also, pull out the dryer, remove the vent pipe on the lower rear of the machine and check the lower inside of the machine, the vent pipe, and the vent cap on the outside of the building. Joe
