Question about Sharp AR-F152 Fax
Sharp FO-4470: Error message is: "check cover or drum". The drum is installed properly, the toner is installed, and the cover is closed but I still receive the error message. Any help would be appreciated.
I'm assuming you already replaced the drum, and are still getting this error? Sometimes the chip in the drum that resets the counter is bad. This is esp. true if you get a reman drum. You should replace the drum and try again to see if this fixes the problem. Go back to the place you bought the new drum from and tell them the chip didn't reset the counter and if it's still under warranty they should replace it.
