Question about Kodak ESP 5 Printer
Usually when you see this it is due to a memory problem. You can either be out of ram ie using all you have or there is a flaw in your ram modules. It can also happen if the computer is overheating or close to the edge (not as common). And it can be due to a java error on the webpage that yor browser has a problem with. And it can be somthign as simple as low drive space on your boot drive.
Usually if it is memory you can force it to happen by having more programs running and using up the memory. You can also try rebooting and then using only what you need to print the page see if this helps. If it does then you will want to see what is running all the time that is not needed. Most of these things are speedloaders which really dont speed up anything but do use up ram.
If you put you hand near the fan outlet on your computer the air should be warm but not hot. If it is hot then getting your case and fans blown out might help.
If it is caused by bad code on the page there is little you can do. If it is happening on differant pages then you may be able to help by updating your java. If there is no java it can be an conflict caused by the browser and the print driver. Try updating the browser and see if there is a updated printer driver available from the support downloads on the kodak website. sometimes the driver conflicts or doesn't shut down properlly and causes a conflict in windows. If this happens when printing from various programs it is driver caused, if it is just when printing from the browser then it is most likely the browser.

Hello. Reinstall your printer driver. If you do not have that disk handy you can download a new driver from kodak. Just google kodak drivers. Then select the driver that is good for your printer and your your computers operating system. Joe
