Hi there please follow the steps and let me know the result.
1. Ensure batteries are fully charged.
2. Look carefully between the lens and the camera body for any sand, dirt or any damaged etc.
3. Try turning the camera with the lens facing down and shake to dislodge anything stuck
4. Try removing batteries and memory card, wait 5 minutes and refit the battery only.

Polaroid 300 camera. when I put the new film pack in nothing ejects, the camera makes a noise like it is trying to eject, but nothing. How do I just remove the film pack.

Id just open the back and pull it out like you would if it was empty. You will lose one or two prints, but the rest should be ok. Then you'll want to clean the little door that the print is supposed to come out. The Polaroid "goop" has probably seeped out into the hinges and it's just sticking. I remember using rubbing alcohol and a Q Tip.

I have insert papers as well but it doesnt work do i have to put batteries and how

The battery comes built into the photo pack, and all original Polaroid photo packs are so long out of date that the batteries are now dead.

The only source of newly manufactured photo packs is now The Impossible Project, but the results are different to the original Polaroid photos.

My camera wont turn on.

If the lens is stuck inside the camera and you hear a motor noise - changing batteries will not help. This has happened because the lens barrel is jammed inside the camera. Unfortunately, you will not be able to repair that issue. If the lens is stuck outside the camera, slightly tilted, and you hear a motor noise; you might be able to save camera. First, only use good batteries (stay away from alkaline batteries - waste of money), go with Energizer Lithium or Duracell Power Pix (you will get your moneys worth and have less problems with the camera). Second, very GENTLY, pull the lens barrel up and in the opposite direction of the tilt (to make the lens barrel straight), you will hear a slight click sound - DO NOT PUSH ON THE LENS BARREL!!!. Put in the new batteries and the lens should retract.

Polaroid 690 slr camera will not take photographs.

Have you tried a new filmpack. Reason for asking is if you have an old filmpack, since the batteries are stored in each filmpack, sometimes expired or old filmpacks have been sitting around and lose some of their power. This makes the battery dead or low voltage that can drive all the shutters and lens focus, but fail to extract the film after exposure. Also check your rollers in front that they move and the gear on the side for wear. Another test is to set the flash on and time how long it takes for the flash to get ready. Anything over one minute is too long and I would replace the filmpack with a newer one. BTW: Most 600 filmpacks are old and stored for long periods.

This can sometimes be fixed if you remove the batteries over night and allow the camera to sit and discharge it should correct this problem. hope this helps.
