Question about Maytag PYE2300AY Electric Dryer
Replace the thermal fuse in the heater assembly. Here the part.
When there is too much lint, this cause overheating, and the fuse is the first part to blow.
The thermal fuse is only $3 or so, but if you want to test the fuse before replacement you can use a multimeter set on Ohms. If the fuse has blown, the multimeter will read infinite impedance on the fuse contacts.
