Hi! Just a tip. Try unplugging the unit from power source then push the power button for like 15secs while unplugged. Plug the unit to power source again then turn the unit on. Try to scan again and see if it can survive more than a page. If no luck on this, I believe that we're facing a hardware problem. Hope this helps and have a good one!

When file is copyied in pendrive ,file gets corrupted,so what can i do?

hi...

This is because the pen drive contiains viruses. scan the pen drive and computer with the proper antivirus.after scanning delete all the viruses from it.
Then if the viruses are not deleted from the pen drive please format the pen drive. you cn remove the viruses by formatting.

DONOT connect your pendrive with the computer having viruses in future or else again you wil get the same problem

if you have an anti virus software the you go on the 4gb pendrive icon and right click and you will see there is an option scan for viruses..Else you can set up manually your software to scan that particular storage drive..

Phaser 8560 error code

Most likely you are using generic ink or ink not made for that specific machine. The black ink is the one causing the problem. the printer will then need to be reset.

Xerox Phaser 850. Unexpected repeat printing

If I remember correctly, disconnect the print cable, then reboot the machine.
I saw that problem once and its been a while, but I do believe thats how I finally got it to stop.
Then clear out the print queue.

Restarting itself

Hi,

You will probably need to reset the NVRAM on the machine but do this as a last resort, follow the steps in the link below first. Best of luck

Information regarding pendrive

Are you wanting something to put on the drive itself? Personally I have Symantec on my PC and it scans any removable media that I might use. Such as your pen drive. It doesn't help me when I am using other peoples computers, but if there computer is infected already, it wouldn't have been caused by my drive. I don't have to worry about infecting my PC as a result since the media is scanned again at home.

If you want something that can go with your drive, I don't know what would be best as I don't do that.
