When i put my ear monitors on i only hear on one side i bought a nother pair of ears but now when i sing the music in my ear cuts out?

You may have bought "noise cancelling" ear buds and those cancel out local noise... NOT the type you want for this application !!!

The wires to earbuds are really tender and easily damaged... Make sure the replacement earbuds are the right type for use with your wireless... if necessary, call the vendor to verify.

Lost cover with tiny hole in my earbuds

The wax is probably microscopic on the diaphram. You won't be able to clean this. Unfortunately, you'll probably have to send them to Shure for repair/replacement.

Audio is not coming out of the right earbud

Try this set on another player to be sure, but if this is the symptom you have a blown speaker or a broken wire in the cord somewhere. Replace as necessary

Sweat got into earbud- sound very faint

That happens because the water and saline solution in the sweat are causing the wires inside the earbud shorting to each other, or shorting to the earbud casing that is grounded.

Let the earbud dry out in few hours or more, if the problem does not go away, then get replacement heaphones, it means that oxide formation on the contacts is causing a short.

Do not use shorted hearphones they can cause damage to the connected device.

Regards.

Shure E4C headphone failure

I just found out how to open the E4's.

What you do is, unscrew the metal cap that holds the angled earbud tube in place. Note that the tube itself can't be turned.

Then remove the metal ring behind it as well as the small rubber ring.

There is a 'hinge' at the cord end of the earbud, so what you should do is take a very sharp knife (I used a scalpel) and pry the top off the earbud from the end that had the ring mounted by inserting the knife between the top piece and the metal element. Note that it's attached with a little glue, so it will take some coaxing to get off.

This isn't really a solution, but should be relevant.  If you think that cleaning might be the issue, don't be too afraid to really dig in there.  The part you see is just a cover, not the speaker diaphragm itself.  I've had the tip part fall off (well, sort of break off) and that whole assembly doesn't do anything but cover the speaker.  The real deal is pretty deep in.
