Question about LG Computers & Internet
If the scart connections are secure as you have stated (checked both ends, cable should be in scart socket AV1 on rear of DVD).
Other possible causes,
TV/DVD mode for the recorder is set to TV, press TV/DVD on remote repeatedly and choose DVD mode. (TV indicator disappears in the display window).
TV is not set to correct source, should be an AV button on TV remote to toggle between TV and other input sources.
If the unit is not operating as it should then you can reset it it by pressing and holding the POWER button for at least five seconds, this will force the unit to power off and then on again.
Unplug the power cord, wait at least five seconds and then plug it back in again
Hope this helps
