I cannot get my yahoo mail to load. It tries but never stops bouncing back and forth trying to open. help This is when I use firefox

- try to open yahoo mail in chrom or firefox
- try on some other computer
-try some other isp internet
- -try some other isp internet with other pc.

open firefox then press ALT + V it will open up the view then from the view menu click toolabars then check menu bar , navigation bar etc

check if the yahoo ID are correct.if they are correct and the problem still occur,that means it is atechnical problem.

Well, you have not mentioned the version of firefox. To check it out, click on 'Help' from the menu bar and click 'About Mozilla Firefox'. But Im sure you will have atleast version 3.0.3.

This issue normally occur when 'show my window and tabs from last time' is enabled. To overcome this do the following

1. click on 'Tools' from the menu bar and goto 'Option'
2. That will open the 'Option window'
3. Click the tab that says 'Main'
4. You will find the heading 'startup'
5. Below that you will find 'When firefox start', click the drop down that says 'Show my home page'. (Below that you will find 'Home page', if you would like to change the homepage you can change their itself
6. Now click 'ok' and reopen it.

NB. This steps are based on Mozilla firefox 3.0.3

To answer your second question about uninstallation failed, this issue happen due to log files or .dll files are missing hence the uinstaller could not be loaded for that file.

As an alternative download the following file (revo uninstaller)

(click on download revo uninstaller free)

You can then install revo cleaner on your system. After you have install this file, open revo by clicking from the shortcut from your desktop. You will find 'yahoo' in the list. highlight it and right click you will find, 'remove/uninstall' click it. You would not find a new window, select the one that says 'Advance' now follow the onscreen instruction to remove it. You can try this tool for any software that you are unable to remove it

try different web browser such as chrome, firefox, internet explorer or opera. then also installed java player to load advance webpages who used flash animation and java animation.

Is it just this page that is affected? Can you open other web pages? Try logging out of Yahoo Mail and signing back in (if you can). Can you access that web page via a different browser (Firefox, Opera, Safari, etc.)? Also, try clearing your cookies, browsing history and temporary files and then go to that page again.
