Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
I have a Whirlpool GHW9150PW0 that is not fully draining the water out as clothes are still soaking wet when finished. Is this a common problem and can I fix it at home with a little knowledge. Thanks in advance for any help.
Sure, might be as somple as your using hte wrong soap. you MUST use an HE detergent. regular detergent creates too much suds for these smachines and result in the control panel displaying "sud", or innadequate drain issues. if you are using hte correct soap then next thing to check would be the pump hosing for debris blocking pump assy.
1. remove the lower acess panel with (3) torx 20 screws
2. the pump is located right in front you see ascrew type handle on fron of housing
3. unscrew the handle and clean debris from housing nad return the cover. check for spin now
4. if water remains in the tub after drain/spin, ther will be water in hte machine, so try tipping machine back, using hose pinch off pliers, or what i do is open a white trash bag in front of pump assy, so when i open the bag catched it all
