Question about Konica Minolta Magicolor 2530 DL Laser Printer
I have a sheet of paper stuck between the rollers at the back. I can't find a way of manually rotating rollers, which means that I tear the paper as I try to pull it out. Can you help???!
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

SOURCE: Hi I have a Canon PIXMA
It is fixed, I think. My husband worked on it today and had a look inside the printer with a flashlight. He found a plastic tack had dropped in the rear of the printer, down in the rollers! So he fished it out & we seem to be up & running!
Thank You! Joann Gabriel

Since you are not able to grab the paper from behind the printer. It make sense to believe that a major part of the trailing edge of the paper is still inside the printer. I would suggest you to open the front cover, remove the toner cartridge and check out if you could try removing the paper from inside. If this doesn't help you might want to remove the redrive assembly (the back portion of the printer) which can be taken off by removing two little screws on it. These screws are located very close to the backdoor which you opened up. Once you remove the screws, press either sides of the latch which is present on the top of the redrive assembly. Hope this helps!

SOURCE: Paper Feed errors on 2400W
Thanks to the Konica Minolta tech: Solution is to use alcohol and a clean wipe or cue-tip on the grey 1/2 moon roller deep inside at the end of the paper feed tray. It is accessessible easily by lifting blue top cover of printer, then pulling out the ink cartridge. There will be a grey 1/2 moon like roller seen when looking at very bottom of cavity. Clean the dust off and all will work fine. You can manually roll the roller to get all faces. The machine will reset it's position so it is not nessary to set back to original position.
Turn the machine on with or without paper. Once the roller has reset it's position, gently push the load of paper into the paper tray to be sure the roller was not keeping the paper from being placed to furthest position toward back of tray.
All is ready for reliable printing once again! Best regards, Danny

Tips for a great answer:

If the Paper Feed Roller is dirty or paper powder is attached to it, paper may not be fed properly.
In this case, clean the Paper Feed Roller. Cleaning will wear out the Paper Feed Roller, so perform this only when necessary.
You need to prepare: three sheets of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper
1.Make sure that the power is turned on, and remove any paper from the Rear Tray.
2.Open the Paper Output Tray gently, and open the Output Tray Extension.
3.Clean the Paper Feed Roller without paper.
(1) Press the (Maintenance) button repeatedly until b appears.
(2) Press the Black or Color button.
The Paper Feed Roller will rotate as it is cleaned.
4.Clean the Paper Feed Roller with paper.
(1) Make sure that the Paper Feed Roller has stopped rotating, and load three sheets of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper in the Rear Tray.
(2) Make sure that b appears on the LED, then press the Black or Color button.
The machine starts cleaning. The cleaning will be completed after the paper is ejected.
This should fix the issue
