Question about OKI C5200n Laser Printer
Printer reporting K drum life 0% and Y fuser life 1%. Y Drum life is 22%.
Inspite of setting all options to only feed from tray1 (only one tray fitted) it insists on using the Multipurpoes (MP) feed.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

You need to replace the magenta drum. Just because there is life left; it's possible it is scratched. Also, take a cotton ball dip in alcohol and wipe the LED's off when the cover is open; those black things that are hanging down from the cover. Also, make sure your drums are installed in the proper spots (magenta in magenta slot). If the toner "rubs off" after it prints... then the fuser is defective.
