First I am Not computer literate.So I have pictures on my laptop in library.How do I get them from library onto sandisk flash drive?PLZ i need step by step instruction.HELP.

Plug in your sandisk Go to My computer and double click the the Sandisk that will open up a page should be nothing there on that page top right is 3 little boxes 1 should have a line the second will have a box and the third will have a an X click the line that will minimise it, now go to your documents where the pictures are and using your mouse left click in an empty space at the top right next to a picture keeping the left mouse button down highlight all the picture you want by dragging the mouse from the top left where you clicked to the bottom right making sure they all go blue as your moving the mouse downwards and to the right after you have highlighted all your picture using your mouse left go of the left click and now right click on a picture this will bring up an option to do many things but the one you want is Copy left click on copy and it will do that copy everything you wanted, now on your task bar remember when you click the line and it looked like it was falling thats because it minimised it what you need to do now is left click on your task bar the one that says sandisk and click it this will maximise it for you after it has been maximised right click on an empty space "should be white" and then click paste this will transfer all your pictures to the sandisk, will take a few minutes depending on how many pictures you have ^^

Have you tried double clicking on the bar right at the top of the screen next to the minimize, maximise, close buttons? By double clicking in this area it'll change the size/shape of the browser screen, you can then reposition the window to the top left of your screen and then click and drag the bottom right hand side of his window once the cursor turns into a double headed arrow.

Hi, i can't shrink or expand or close my windows and when a dialogue box pops up the "yes, no, cancel cannot be seen. i'm running vista 32 bit can u help me?

Try pressing the alt key with the space key
This should open the system menu for the current program.
It has options like Minimise Maximise and Close.

It sounds like you some how have opened a window that is way biger than your screen can display so the controls you want are off the screen.

You might want to check your screen resolution.

Hope this helps

New screens at Max. size

Hello there.

In Windows sometimes it 'forgets' its window placement but luckily we can set it back to maximised windows by default.

To do this please do the following.

* Double-click "My Computer"
* Maximise window by clicking the icon on the top right.
* Left click "Tools" menu.
* Left click "Folder Options"
* Left click "View" tab.
* Left click "Apply to All Folders" in the "folder view" section
* Finally left click "OK"

This will save your window placement to be maximised by default, for any new windows opened.

Hope this helps.
