Multisession recording I am trying to change the recording mode to multisession. I got instructions on how to do it, but they were vague and I'm a little slow sometimes. I can't follow it.

Multisession only means that after burning to a disk, if that disk has still some free memory on it, you can still burn unto that disk.

try to use nero for that. nero has a user friendly way of explaining how to do mutlisession disks.

refer to the help on nero.

My dvd drive burns the files to the disk successfully and it shows also. but when i try to put it again the disk it dosent show any files

you might have finalised the disk after its burn or
you need to choose to burn a multisession disc so you can add more photos or to finalize the disc after the burn if the burning software supports multisession
you can add these photos on at a time or select the folder to add

your burning software might not have the capability of a multisession burn

hope this helps

I wrote my empty dvd disc with lg writer and when the second time i added some more data , my first data is not displaying and only second time written data is only displaying with disc2 information,please...

your burning program does it support multisession
you will need to select a multisession burn if you want to add more files to a disk after the burn will be finalised
otherwise you will not be able to read the first if you add more aafter without a multisession burn
hope this helps

Rewritable DVD discs allow you to record and erase lots of times (up to 1000). Similar to DVD-R disc and DVD+R disc, DVD-RW is approved by DVD Forum, while DVD+RW not

did you finalise the disk after you finished the burn? depending on which burning software you are using some ask if you want to finalise the disk after a burn others just finalise or you might need to select multisession before the burn starts

hope this helps

There is a good chance you are doing a test burn. before burning there will be options to run a test before doing the actual burn.
