Question about Dell E153FP 15" LCD Monitor
First make sure all your driver specifically display are up to date next try unplugging it and plugging it back in making sure the cord plugged into computer is snug and also the port its plugged into has no play if after doing these thing you still have the blue tinge its safe to say your monitor is dead
