My Magic Chef gas range beeps non stop and the front panel shows F1. It happened a few times and I'm not sure what to do. The manual didn't show what F1 is.

Hi bobctsai,
F1 error code description is a defective touch pad or clock (ERC). To resolve this error, replace touch pad or clock (ERC). Touch pad is a more common problem.

The F1 error code means that the computer thinks a button on the touchpad is stuck. Sometimes this can be resolved by making sure the touchpad connector fits tight into the control board. The F1 code can be cleared by pushing CANCEL/OFF. If it returns the touchpad needs to be replaced
the burners on my magic chef stove work but the flame is not as high as it should be on one burner. I switched the top of the burner with another and it did not solve the problem.
