Something seems wrong, or you have the wrong motor. These colors and number of connections don't make sense. I also can't find this model number you provided on the GE site. Are you sure the repair man ordered the correct part?

Have A Vulcan VC44gd oven that when you turn it on it trips the breaker. Where should I start.

Blower mtr would be a good start will it sit there until you turn on the power toggle switch. You could isolate the blwer mtr by un wiring directly at mtr.Beware there is a few wires in the junction one set of those wires are for the centrifugal switch(ie the fan has to be runnin for the oven to lite)

Looks like our church just received the Vulcan VC4ED convection oven - 208 volts 60 amp. We have the 60 amp breaker but what gauge wire from the breaker to the oven do you recommend? I have to run about 35...

use 3 -- 6 gauge copper wires, you could get by with 2--6 gauge wires for the two hot phases and 1--8 gauge for the neutral connection, but with that long a run use all 6 gauge so you don't experience any voltage drop, also in your community you may need to check the local codes on grounding and need to add a separate grounding wire, which you can use an 8 gauge for this wire connection, if you use aluminum wire(which I highly DO NOT reccomend) you will need to get one gauge larger as in 3--4 gauge aluminum to carry the same current as copper wire

Vulcan convection oven has pilot lit and fan blows but no ignition. The schematic is too small, grease smeared and partly ripped to be of use. Is a schematic available or is the cause obvious to an...

The list of problems is as long as the one Obama inherited when he took over. Good news though, the most expensive part works, the blower motor! The pilot is established which rules out a gas issue. The two most common problems are, either the temp controller or the infinate switch is bad. Your unit has one or the other but, not both. Controller has several wires leading to it & has a green or tan circuit board on it, infinate switch is a small black or white 2 inch square box with 4 or 5 wires leading to it. Each one of these are mounted thru the front control panel & both have knobs. Temp board around $180, infinate switch around $45. As far as the schematic is concerned, Vulcan was bought by Hobart & they DO NOT give out schematics or service manuals.
