Question about Casio FR-2650A Calculator
Hi, this could be caused by rubber that has become clogged with paper fibers or has gotten hard.
If you open the machine and look for the drive mechanism you will likely recognize the part responsible for advancing the paper.
Alcohol can complicate things sometimes as it can dry out the surface that you want to have slightly tacky. I would try lighter fluid (naptha) and a lint-free cloth or paper towel to scrub the surface of the roller to remove built-up fibers and it may also remove some dead rubber that will show up as a black deposit on the cloth.
Parts for these trusty companions has become increasingly scarce since they are passing out of use with time and the advent of disposable printers. Most of those folks using these machines are reluctant to replace them but that may be your only recourse.

Do you mean that the paper feeds off the roll when you press the Arrow button, but that it doesn't want to feed when printing/operating, and just prints on the same line over and over?
Or do you mean that the unit isn't printing at all.
Just trying to qualify and understand your situation as best as possible.
