The dyno jets should look the same as the ones you removed, might have to go back to seller and check kit is the correct one, take your stock jets or take a note of the numbers on them

I have 175 and 180 size jets in my carburetor on my 04 Sabre. Are these stock? My Dynojet stage 1 kit has 160, 165, 170, & 175...which are smaller...

It doesnt matter if the jets are stock or not it is a myth that the jets must be bigger when you put a stage one kit in. Remember stock jets are there for EPA standards and what size works to pass is what the manufactor will use. I have many times put smaller jets in a carb even on race bikes to get a better performance. I hope this helps.

Hi,just got a dynojet stage 1/3 kit for my 1980 honda cb650, it's on standard air box, but 4 into 1 exhaust, I take it I should use the stage one kit. Also I have no instructions can you help...

Intended for motorcycles with a stock engine using the stock airbox, air filter and stock pipe. Stage 1 kits are fully adjustable to allow the use of a well designed aftermarket pipes and stock replacement air filters like K&N. Stage 1 kits are designed to improve throttle response and driveability and in most cases power increases of approximately 5% throughout the entire power range can be achieved.

STAGE ONE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the vacuum slide from the carbs. Remove the stock needles & spacers, noting the order of
assembly. Locate the slide lift holes (Fig. A), with the slide drill DD# 14 supplied, enlarge your slide lift
holes. The picture may not show your slide exactly, enlarge your slide lift hole or holes depending on your
model. Do not drill any new lift holes. Do not drill the needle hole.
2. Install Dynojet needles on groove #4, using all stock spacers. Install the Dynojet washers (2 per
needle) above the E-clip.
3. Remove the stock main jets and replace with the Dynojet main jets provided. If you are running with
stock exhaust, use the DJ110 main jets. With an aftermarket header or slip-on with high flowing baffles,
use the DJ116 main jets. Be sure that the jets you are changing are the main jets.
4. Locate the fuel mixture plug (Fig. B), if you see a screw head, proceed to adjusting procedure. With the
DD #5/32 drill bit provided, carefully drill thru the plugs. Note: the mixture screw is directly underneath this
plug, be ready to pull back on the drill the instant you break thru. Use screw provided to secure and
remove the plug. Carefully turn mixture screws clockwise until they seat, turn out 3 turns.

You can find the manual for the model you are searching for. Follow the 1st column "CC" to find 650cc models and you can find your specific model after that.

Thanks for asking.

If you have installed the Dynojet kit's carburetor needles take them off and use the stock ones.
Dynojet's needles are for track use only and the don't work properly under 4000rpm.

How many miles to a tank of gas should i get?

this could be a problem. you should be able to get about 100 or 110 miles before switching to the reserve tank, on which you should be able to get 30 or so more miles out of. you may have a dynojet kit installed for your carbs. When the dynojet kit was released for the 1994-2003 magna's, the instructions were written poorly and caused many people problems. one thing to look for if you have the carbs apart are needles that are adjustable. this definately means you have some form of aftermarket kit. (cobra/dynojet/k&n) another downfall to this kit is that they require you to drill each hole larger that are in the 4 vacuum slides which the needles reside in. some kits come with different rate springs and some don't. it is costly to replace the slides and bring it back to stock. (roughly $100/slide x 4, plus the cost of needles and main jets)
first tihings first, replace the spark plugs and go from there. email me if you need a copy of the repair manual in .PDF format. Hope this helps.

Acceleration problem

If you are not running an open or free flowing exhaust go back to the stock size jets but use the DynoJet parts instead of the stock.
DJ jets tend to run bigger than oem jets
