Question about Computers & Internet
1. check for firmware updates
2. check your firewall permissions
3. to do update you will have to connect via an ethernet cord ( rj45) and download the updates. There should be an update manager in the router management page.
4. bring up a web page with the browser and type 192.168.0.1 enter admin in the user name box provided.
This will allow to to get into the router GUI ( graphical user interface). There is a "helps" in the interface to guide you the rest of the way.
There also may not be an update due to what is call "end-of - life" for the router. Meaning the router has no more support and has been discontinued.
