Question about Cell Phones
Are the videos accessible before? Are they new or old videos? Are they downloaded from the computer or are they created directly from the phone's camera? Where are the videos located (phone memory or external memory)?
If the videos are new, you need to check their file type and make sure that their file type is supported by the phone.
If the videos were working before, then suddenly they became inaccessible, then they could have become corrupted.
If the videos are in your external memory card, try to load another video with the same file format. If same problem occur, but they're working before, then the firmware or software of the phone is the one's corrupted.
You may need to contact the manufacturer and have them upgrade the firmware of the phone.
Thank you and good luck!
