Scanner failure issue
1. try to clean the power going through the printer by having a working power source providing power to the printer and do the following:
a. Turn the unit off.
b.Unplug the power cord from the unit.
c. Wait 30 seconds, and then re-connect the power cord to the unit.
d. Turn the unit on.
2. do a partial reset:
a. Unplug the power cord from the all-in-one. b.Press and hold Minus (- ) and 3
c. While still holding the buttons down, plug the power cord back in.
d. Release the buttons after the all-in-one starts up.
Make a test copy of any document by pressing the Start Copy (black or color) button.
3. . try to clean the bulbs and mirrors, this issue may be caused by not enough power getting to the bulbs or an issue with the the electrical components in the board.
