Ni because the do not cover accidental damage. You can purchase a screen for it on ebay and have it repaired at its all your choice, but under warranty for damage I do not think they cover that you can call them but you probably going to be wasting your time.

Thanks hope this helps.

Usually they don't cover physical damage also not under extended warranty. If you want it to be fully working again, your LCD needs to be replaced. If you want to do it yourself, the goodnews is, it's not too hard to open it. Here is an iPod Repair Guide that shows how to open an iPod. If you want somebody else to do it for you go to iPod Repair.

Unfortunatly The Apple Warrenty Doesnt Cover Any Accidental Damage To The Ipod. The Screen Will Cost Around 50-100 Dollars To Be Repaired If Sent Back To Apple, You Will Get It Returned In About 2 Weeks.

So my ipod fell in the toilet about three days ago and it works and all but the light doesn't turn on! and the button in the middle (to got back) doesn't aether. what can i do !!? oh and it had a cracked...

The cracked screen means you need to change the screen but since this unit is somewhat water tight the damage done is less. But it will be good to have the unit dried properly , the circuit board cleaned of any moisture or dirt and the display changed. The water or dirt logging is making the button inactive and hence the cleaning must be done without delay.

I tripped and fell and i had my macbook pro in my hands, when i fell my screen cracked once i hit the ground i am wondering if my warranty will cover this or how much it will cost to fix

No, mechanical shocks aren't covered by the warranty.
Depending on your exact model of macbook, its age and from where you get your replacement lcd panel, it will cost you between $300 and $1000. Even more if you send it directly to an Apple repair shop.

Cracked ipod touch screen

If I am not mistaking the warranty does not cover being left in a hot car. Try calling apple and tell them you just got your Ipod touch 2 days ago and you were downloading songs to it and while doing so it overheated and cracked. Thats considered a mechanical problem. Good Luck!

Broken face on i pod nano

hello, nothing you can do at home to fix it. You need to either have Apple replace the device or send it out to a repair specialist. If the screen was cracked when you first took it out of the box, then you can get a warranty replacement. But be advised, accidental/physical damage is not covered under warranty by Apple... half the reason people feel so negatively over subjects such as this is because they are misinformed.

Broken ipod screen

hello and yes it is a problem ipod's are'nt designed to be repaired because there so cheap for apple to make so with a cracked screen you have no option but to buy a new ipod sorry .even for the price that a 120 gig ipod cost thay just dont make them repairable.

Repair ipod

If the iPod was on, and fell in the pool, then probably not. If it wasn't I would let it dry out, use a hairdryer and blow the water out through the cracks (and headphone and docking jack) and let it sit for a few days. Try to use it then. Since the warranty doesn't cover it, i'm sorry if it won't work.

Cracked screen, and other stuff.

Did you know of anything you did to physically crack the screen?
As for the clicking-- that is the hard drive. It is either dead or stuck. you may want to try to "unstick" it the Risky way. To do this, Place a stack of paper on a table, and smack the ipod against it. Obviously you should do it to the back to avoid breaking the click wheel or screen (even though your screen may be broken already.)
As for the "very low battery" thing, just plug it into a computer or Ac adapter and let it sit. It will eventually charge.
