There are usually two or three flat head 3's ( I think 3's) in the battery compartment. Can be hidden under a tape.
Can also just be the front tabs on the case haven't released.

Here is a link to a pictorial dis-assembly guide. If a picture is worth a thousand words that should save me a whole bunch of typing ;-]

I HAVE A TOSHIBA SATALITE A135-S4427 TURNED IT OFF ONE NIGHT WORKING FINE, THE NEXT DAY IT WONT TURN ON. I HAVE POWER THRU THE CORD AT ABOUT 18+ VOLTS BUT NO INDICATOR LIGHTS OR POWER TO COMPUTER. HELP?

Try removing the battery and power supply, hold the power button for about 10 seconds then just plug the power supply back in (not the battery) and see if it turns on.
Holding the power button with no power supply can discharge any stored power in capacitors.

After removing all the screws from the bottom of my lap top it still will not come off something near the battery compartment is holding it, how do you remove the bottom

The bottom and top are held not only with screws but with little plastic tabs along the edges. You will have to start in one corner and carefully separate the case. Once you get one tab released, you can see how the tabs are fastened.
I would also check to see if there are several small screws under the battery. This is common.

Blue screen-Toshiba A135-S4427

the ram memory must be sufficient about 2GB & the processor must be dual core or core 2 duo.
if both condition your laptop follow then i think you should scan your lap top with anti virus.

I need to know how to replace screen in toshiba a135-s4427

Pretty simple. There are small screws under little round pads around the outside bezel of the screen. Remove (4 or 6 of them) and gently seperate the screen back cover from the bezel. Once this is done, there are probably 4 or 8 screws olding the screen into the frame. Remove these, unplug the screen from the ribbon cable and the back light power wire. Reverse the procedure to install the new screen.

Walla, you are ready to rock in 20 or 30 minutes.

Thank you for rating this response.
