HELLO,THIS IS ACTUALLY A WIRING PROBLEM OR YOU CHECK THE CORD THAT GOES DIRECTLY INTO THE PHONE TO SEE IF IT'S PROPERLY PLUGGED,AND IN MOST CASES THIS COULD ALSO BE CAUSED BY POOR SIGNAL OR BAD NETWORK SERVICE FROM YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER.SO I WILL ALSO ADVICE YOU GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM TO SEE IF THEY ARE HAVING NETWORK PROBLEM.
