It depends on what system you are trying to renew your password on. Usually they will give you some indication of what is acceptable, such as 7, 8, 12, or however minimum characters, and the other criteria such as at least one capitol and one numeral and one special character. Some systems will not accept special characters, such as + the plus sign, others will not accept new password without one. Some will not allow you to use an old password over, some check to be sure you are not using simple ones such as 123456 or your name.

M.S.excel is not accepting (-) sign
excel thinks you are entering a formula when you put a (-) sign in the cell. Try putting a single quote before it and adding it. I.E " '- " without the double quotes. It will work.

System won't accept name
Most probably you are using a name that has already been taken. Here is what you can try.
Try to add a number to the end, like I did with my name ;-)
or Try using your first and last name together.
If this does not work, let us know what the error message says.

I want to add my maiden name to my user name
Dear sir, You can only change your username once so before following these steps choose your desire username carefully.
1. Log In to Facebook 2. Move the mouse pointer on Settings 3. Click on Account Settings 4. On the setting tab you will see the user name 5. Click on Change in-front of username 6. Write your desired user name and click on 'check availability' 7. If that name is available than it will accept. 8. Sign out and sign in again

My IM's do not go through at times and I am unable to delete a specific screen name off my account. When I go to delete it..it says "Our servers are busy please try back later" yet I am able to delete...
Perhaps the firewall isnt configured to accept an out going IM

How did you find out that they werent going?

Do you have an internet connection? Is it possible to reinstall the program?

VOIP841 will not register
Probably there is typo when entering user name or login. Check and see perhaps there are some unnecessary spaces in user name or password.
Also make sure internet connection is on and working + router is configured to accept new connection.
