1.you possible have a power supply that is bad or a bad video graphics card ( which is internal to the board.
Try , if you have one or can borrow on a pci graphic display video card in the PCI slot and see if you have video. If you get a display you have a bad video on the mother board. windows should detect the card in default and you should be able see post if this is the issue.

WAS THE POWER SUPPLY WORKING? IS THE 4PIN BLACK AND YELLOW CONNECTOR FROM POWER SUPPLY IN PLACE? DID YOU TRY BIOS CLEAR? IF IT IS NOT A NEW BOARD - CHECK FOR BLOWN CAPS AROUND CPU (UPRIGHT CYLINDER TYPE THINGIES. RESEAT RAM. CHECK IF MAYBE ONE OF 24 PIN ATX CONNECTOR DIDN'T PUSH OUT OF SLEEVE.

well...I guess...you should clean everything up...like reinstalling your system in a better way...and besides, you should give details about your PC's OS (operating system), and then I guess I could help.

EliteGroup GeForce 6100Sm-M Problem

4 things can cause this MB to do as you mention.
Bad CPU or the MB is not sensing the CPU fan and is protecting CPU from overheating.
Bad or inconpatible memory, If multiple sticks use only 1 at a time, This MB is known for having problems with both slots filled most of the time bios resaves can fix this but just set up with 1 first.
Reset the bios, Make sure the reset jumper is set back correctly.
Make sure it post without any extra harware hooked up first then add them.

The beeps are a old style of signaling the problem, You can find charts online that will tell you what the beeps mean long and short.
