Whenever I try to burn a CD using Nero Express I get a message statting that you do not have burning rights. The problem can be solved by downloading a free software from www.nero.com
But I do not find any software named "Burning Rights"

First you need to locate your music/audio. If it was downloaded from Limewire/Frostwire the default location would be C:\Documents and Settings\**Your Username**\Shared
You can also access your music/audio through Limewire/Frostwire, by going to your Library, then highlighting a file that you want to burn and press explore. This will open the folder containing the highlighted file.
Alternatively use the search to search for something you know is in the folder you want to access or eg. search for the extension of the music/audio you want to burn.
First it may be worth mentioning that there are two ways of burning audio in Nero 7. Using Nero Express or Nero Burning ROM (The original Nero program). I find both very simple to use, but prefer Nero Express, so That's what I will use here.
First open Nero StartSmart:
Pressing add is not necessary. You can also open folders outside of Nero Express, and then you drag and drop the same way.
You can make mp3 disks using Nero Express as well. Just choose make Data Disk instead of Audio CD in Nero StartSmart. The only difference you will see is that instead of minutes you will be adding size (MB)
In case you run into playback issues when using Nero Express, then you have two options. You could try using Nero Burning ROM. Raaf explains here how to do that with Nero 6, but Nero 7 is very similar:
To make a movie using Ahead Software Nero Express 6.0 follow this steps. 1. Click Nero 2. Choose Photos and Video's 3. Then click make Video CD. 4. After that select "Add Video Files" 5. Then Make sure that you set the burning speed in to 16x or lower because if it is in high speed there will be a tendency that your CD Player may not read your burned CD
windows vista has a thing about admin rights and you can check every box and it says you have rights but you really don;t. and there is now significant admin user in vista anymore. here is what i had to do to get the rights to do anything. Please understand that editing the registry is not for the weak computer person and you must be able to reverse any changes made that cause an issue. I used this on mine and it helped me gain some control.
click start and run, type in regedit when Registry editor opens click on HKEY Local Machine click SOFTWARE click MICROSOFT click WINDOWS click CURRENT VERSION click POLICIES click SYSTEM HIGHLIGHT SYSTEM in the area where there are values right click and select new/ DWORD enter "EnableLinkedConnections" press enter right click EnableLinkedConnections and chose MODIFY and change the value to 1 Save and exit Registry Editor. Reboot your computer and try Burning again.
It sounds scarey but it's not and just remember or write down these instructions so you can refer to then easy during the process. and also to reverse the entry if needed. if you need any further help let me know. Good Luck
