Question about Tomtom ONE GPS Receiver
The tomtom turns on fine....but when you try to touch a letter or number it jumps to a different letter or number , we tried resetting it but still having the same problem and the unit is fully charged.....help please!!
To get it working again, I used the option to change settings and turn the screen 180 degrees. After that at least you can use the buttons again. I have no answer yet for the adjustment trick, but a new touchscreen is not the answer. It may have something to do with buying charts ready on disk, most people do not know if the map they order is the proper one for the model. This can be checked with tomtom home. Once you have turned the screen 180 degrees, you have a better look on where to push to make it work.
Oce I have a better solution, be sure I'll post it.

Sounds like the calibration has gone on your touchscreen. Unfortunately there is no fix for the tt like you can with Magellan and garmin.
