Printer Problem I've replace the ink on my hp 1315 all in one because the low ink level was flashing on the printer. I place a new cartridge but the low ink level light would not go off and I cannor print anything What do I do?

    How can I do a Head Alignment when the low ink level light is flashing?

    While this light is flashing, nothing can be done with the printer

I am unable to print on my HP Officejet Pro 8500. i have recently replaced the 940 black cartridge and since then have been unable to print. i notice there are print cartridges in the main body as well...


you can check the ink level from following steps Method one: Check the ink levels from the idle screen on the color graphics display Look for four icons at the bottom of the color graphics display. The icons represent the ink level remaining in each of the four color ink cartridges: black, yellow, light cyan (blue), and light magenta (pink). A larger and more accurate view of the ink levels can be displayed from the Setup menu. If an ink cartridge containing non-HP ink is being used, a question mark displays instead of the ink drop in the icon for that cartridge. The HP All-in-One cannot detect the amount of ink remaining in ink cartridges that contain non-HP ink. Figure 1: Non-HP ink iconc00841629.jpg NOTE: HP cannot guarantee the quality or reliability of non-HP ink. Printer service or repairs required as a result of printer failure or damage attributable to the use of non-HP ink will not be covered under warranty. You might be able to continue printing for a short period of time with ink remaining in the print head assembly.     • Open HP Solution Center, click the Settings menu, then point to Print Settings , then click Printer Toolbox .

  2. Click the Estimated Ink Level tab. The estimated ink level gauges display.
Method three: Check ink levels from the Setup menu
  1. Press Setup on the printer control panel.
  2. Scroll down and select Display Ink Gauge . The Ink Gauge status from the Tools menu will only display on the color graphics display.

If the ink level is low and the cartridge is new please contact the dealer from whom you got the cartridge and if it shows that the ink level is good enough please comment so that i can give you another step to perform

How do you check the ink levels of the cartridges on a hp deskjet 940c


Hi,
If the ink level is low in a print cartridge, the Print Cartridge Status light stops flashing when the printer’s top cover is opened. When you open the panel the ink cartridges slide to the center , as far as checking the ink level find and right click on the printer icon, click properties, and find ink cartridges and ink levels.

Installed new hp black cartridge 56 ink but won't print


it shows if your using refill cartridge. & if you r using refill cartridge clear cartridge sensor with soft hands your problem would be resolved.

HP 1315 printing real slow


If there are a compatiable black cartridge
replace this cartridge with your old empty cartridge and print a test page (don't mind about printing of black )
If speed is correct,
then replace the black cartridge with another new cartridge.
(some time compatiable black cartridge not work properly to flow ink)

You must replace all ink carts with new ones at the same time. Yeah, this how HP makes its money.

I have a new canon mp210 printer ink is low i bought new ink to replace old their is no ink cartridges in printer. When i look at the pictures to load new ink and put it in alarm light is flashing


Even if the ink level is low, you can continue printing.Press the paperfeed knob for 5 seconds. inklevel indicator will stop now.
Sometimes a new (or refilled) cartridge is not recognised correctly.
When one color is really mt, stop printing and replace inmideatly the colorcartridge.Printing or scanning without the 2 cartridges in place is impossible.

HP PSC 1315 All-In-One InkJet Print Cartridge Error


Hello -
Did you perhaps not mean to post under the 1315? I am not sure if you have this printer or another model. The 1315 normally takes a different number ink cartridge.

Meanwhile - gotta tell you that the 1315 is the buggiest printer I ever had. If you purchased it recently and can find your receipt, I'd take it back! Since they've pretty much done away with the 1315, if it was a recent purchase, it was likely a clearance item from some place.

Try taking all the ink cartridges out, uninstall the printer entirely, and reinstall it (the entire printer, not just the cartridges). Blow your printer out with canned air as well - dust, pet hair, people hair, fuzz and general paper fibers can build up more than we think, and cause error messages and other printing problems.

That should help, if it was the 1315 model.

That being said, note that if it still doesn't work, and you have the 1315, save yourself a lot of grief and toss it in the trash and buy another cheap printer! 1315 is Bug City!

Here's A Trick you don't really have to buy a new cartridge if it a bit low but here how you do the trick.On the place where the ink leaks out dip some water on it with a paper towel and replace it back on the printer and guess what there's ink!
