Electric, I presume. Disconnect power to stove, open backsplash, remove knob, replace control unit.(usually universal type). Available appliance repair shop. Careful with 220volt power!!!!
your heating element is probably bad. all u have to do is, make sure the oven is off, pull elem. away from it's holders on the top or bottom of the oven, then pull the elem. loose from it's sockets then, straight out of the oven. take to home depot, or lowe's, or an used appliance store. installation is reverseal.
