You need to remove the stuck CD...place another (old) CD under the stuck CD...keep tgrying to insert...will eventually kick out the stuck CD...be sure to clean with Disc cleaner to reduce chance of happening again...:)

The cd disk ia stuck

Unplug unit from AC wall socket for minute or so to get it reset, replug it and turn it On that might reset CD mechanism and stuck CD come out.
If that does not solve the problem, CD mechanism will be inspected for any gear damaged that causing problem. You may be need tech to fix it.
Thanks.

Disk is stuck in a multi-disk CD player. How do

You didn't specify the make and model of the unit you have, but I can give you some basic steps that should help you resolve the problem based on past experience with other similar units.
First unplug the unit. Then remove the screws that hold the cover on the unit. Remove the cover. Any CDs that are not in their holding places that may have fallen into the unit, reach in carefully and remove them from the unit and set them in their jewel cases. If the unit was not ejecting the disk and it was stuck, check to see if the CD was perhaps stuck between the spindle and the arm that holds the CD to the spindle. That happens sometimes on CD players. If that is the case, you should be able to remove the CD anyway but you have to be careful and not be too forceful to any mechanisms involved. I hope that helps.

Disk is stuck in CD player and won't eject

Straighten out a stout paper clip and insert it into the very small hole on the front face of the drive. Press it in firmly and this will unlock the tray for you. Gently pull the tray out and remove the disk. Reboot the computer and test the drive.

2005 s40 cd(holds 6) player stuck - reads deck error?

that is one of worse nightmare when you have a magazine loader in the systems when the cd get stuck. its common to all cd player some has better luck than others, Only thing I recommend is to take it to your local stereo shop or do it your self taking the unit apart and remove the cd. Keep in mind, when having magazine loader, some of the older unit will not read the new format or burn disk and it will read no disk or error and the cd will get lock. if the unit cant read the cd, majority of the time its does recognize there is a cd in unit. try tuning on and off couple of time and keep pressing eject button. you may have to do it 8-10 times to see if that will release the stuck cd.

Disc stuck in deh-p7000r plays but wont eject

should be a small pin hole next to the disk tray, 2 or 3mm wide. Insert a pin and that should then cause the disk to be ejected.

Cd stuck for good in bose 3-2-1 (first edition)

This is an Update to my above problem:
I've managed at last to pry open - with a huge scredriver - the very sturdy black metal clasp that holds down the cd-dvd driver onto the shaft. Now I could lift it up, see the small frontal hole that manually frees the disk tray. I stuck in a pin and at last it opened!!
But... Allas....
I could see that the "captivated" disk had very deep "skid" mark on its playable side, as if sometihng was carving into it. The same carving happened to a new disk I inserted, although it played and ejected normally - only with strange machnical noises. I think that some of the plastic cogwheels that turn or eject the disk got loose. I stuck them in and now it works fine, but I lost confidence in the machine - fearing it may stuck again or ruin my disks.

CD stuck in BOSE 3 disk stack player

I had the same problem and went to the Bose Tech Support site and found this solution. It allowed me to eject the stuck CD. The same problem happened again when I tried to enter another CD but after repeating the process below the CD ejected again and after that it worked fine.
Hope it works for you.
  • Try performing a reset with your Wave® music system upside down:
    1. Unplug the system, flip it upside down, place it on a firm, level surface, then plug it back in again

    2. If the CD ejects when you do this, the system may need to be serviced. Contact Bose® Technical Support or call 1-800-278-1281
