Cannot handle both my mobile wireless and my laptop wireless connections

hello,
what happens is that when i am connected to the wireless lan with my laptop and i want to connect also my mobile phone nokia n80 which as an wireless adapter as well, the connection of the laptop is dropped and the mobile has accessed the wireless lan.
the same happens when i connect with my mobile phone and then try to be connected with laptop, the mobile phone access is dropped.
