Question about Gateway FPD2275W LCD Monitor
Have bought a Samsung 42" PDP TV today - fantastic TV but there is a distracting verticle line of green pixels, top to bottom of the screen about two inches from the right-hand side of the set.
I've tried to eliminate any possibility of exterior interference, but this seems not to be the cause, as the line is there with both TV and DVD and exterior appliances in either of the two scart sockets.
Any ideas? Does this sound like a fault with the set or something simpler. Am loathe to return the set unless I have to, as I love the sound and picture quality.
Unfortunately, you have to return the set.
You have a column of bad pixels. Take it back as fast as you can so you don't have to take it to a service center for repair.
